Standard Bookings

• Full refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in.

• 50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in.

• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.

If you cancel after check-in or decide to leave early, the remaining nights are non-refundable.

Airbnb Bookings

If you booked through Airbnb, your reservation will follow Airbnb’s own cancellation policy.
Please check your Airbnb booking details for your exact terms and refund eligibility.

Date Changes

If you need to change your dates, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll happily move your stay free of charge, subject to availability and seasonal rates.

Pet Fee Refunds

Pet fees (£30 per stay) are fully refundable if cancelled before check-in, provided no pets have stayed.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In the rare event that we must cancel your booking (for example, due to essential maintenance or safety concerns), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay at no additional cost.
